Take a walk or jog in one of K & A's favorite parks—it's just a step away from the venue! They walk, run, and bike here every so often (more when they lived in Allen). There's one big pond you can circle, wooded trails, and even some fun uphill areas where you can enjoy the view of the 'burbs.
Arbor Hills is yet another great nature preserve with wooded and sunny walking and biking trails that lead up to an overlook. K &A have also been here many times whether with family, friends, or just on their own. This is also where Kristen took Courtney and Daniel's engagement photos!
Legacy West not only has high-end shopping, but delicious eateries—some of K & A's faves! Try True Food Kitchen for some farm-to-table, healthy options, or North Italia for handmade pasta. Shop at Madewell, Lululemon, J. Crew, and more. Just steer clear of Tesla and Starbucks. ;)
The Stonebriar Centre is a shopping mall that pretty much has everything you'd expect in a mall. It's one of the biggest in North Texas with your staple franchises like JCPenney, Nordstrom, Macy's, and more.
Fun fact: Kristen, her sister, and her mom were at the grand opening of this mall back in 2000. :)
Are you a sports fan? Or do we need to clarify: Cowboys fan? You can check out the Ford Center in Frisco (Kristen's hometown!) and see the Dallas Cowboys headquarters. You can also stop at one of K & A's favorite coffee spots, Ascension, or get a bite of pizza at Cane Rosso.
A little further, but worth it, is their beloved White Rock Lake. Every Saturday since 2020, Anthony, Kristen, and her sister, Stacy, make the trip. They grab White Rock Coffee and either sit in the car to enjoy the view of the lake or walk (up to) 3 miles to get a bit of exercise in. If you're feeling ambitious, you can traverse the whole 9 miles. This is also where Anthony and Kristen got engaged!
Located in downtown Dallas, the Perot Museum is one of the most fascinating museums boasting five levels-worth of natural history and science artifacts, displays, and interactive activities. K & A's romance kind of started here, which is pretty fascinating in itself.
